- For the Canary Islands, the applicable indirect tax (IGIC) will be applied and detailed prior to shipping
- Shipping and any other service charges will be specified and itemized for the customer at the time of order
DAVID LOCCO may update or modify products and prices based on commercial criteria.
Account Suspension & Purchase Restrictions
DAVID LOCCO reserves the right to cancel a user's account if fraudulent, speculative, or bad-faith actions are detected.
Not Accepted: Purchase of products using vouchers, gift cards, or similar methods is not accepted.

Delivery Terms
Delivery Process & Responsibility
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is handled by a reputable courier to the address provided by the user.
DAVID LOCCO is not responsible for:
- Errors or omissions in delivery details provided by the customer
- Address changes provided directly to the courier by the user
- Issues arising when the recipient is someone other than the user
Important: Delivery to P.O. boxes is not permitted. Shipping costs for resending items due to customer errors will be borne by the user.
Third-Party Delivery & Different Addresses
Third-Party Recipient: If the customer wishes the item to be received by a third party, they must:
- Notify DAVID LOCCO in advance
- Provide full details of both the client and the authorized recipient
Different Delivery Address: If the delivery address differs from the billing address, this must be communicated by email to pedidos@davidlocco.com.
Shipping Costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise during the online purchase process, shipping costs for the purchased product will be covered by DAVID LOCCO.
Exceptions: For repairs, returns outside the designated timeframe, or other services different from the initial delivery, please refer to our shipping policy.
