RIMBAUD
BY DAVID LOCCO
A collection inspired by the works of the French poet Arthur Rimbaud (1854-1891).
A collection inspired by the works of the French poet Arthur Rimbaud (1854-1891).
David Locco commemorates the literature of the poète maudit, taking inspiration from some of his most famous verses, such as 'On n'est pas sérieux, quand on a dix-sept ans' ('You are not really serious when you are seventeen' in French) or 'Le cœur fou robinsonne à travers les romans' ('Your mad heart goes Crusoeing through all the romances') and reimagining his works under a perspective of pure sophistication and challenge.
A blend of silver and diamonds, inscribed with verses and words, transforms each piece of jewellery into an emblematic piece, where sober elegance contrasts with the evocative symbolism of Rimbaud's poetry.
A collection of 6 limited edition items: one cuff bracelet; one signet ring; one necklace; one pair of earrings; one cigarette case; and one bracelet.
