Shipping Policy

Delivery Address & Requirements

DAVID LOCCO, S.L. shall arrange for the delivery of goods purchased by the User through a transportation carrier of distinguished repute, selected by our logistics team, to the address designated by the User on the order form.

Important: We confirm that shipments shall not be delivered to postal or P.O. boxes.

Should there be any omission or inaccuracy in the provision of delivery data, DAVID LOCCO, S.L. shall not be held liable for resulting inconveniences, and the associated re-shipping charges will be borne entirely by the User. Furthermore, the jewelry company reserves the right to cancel the completed purchase under such circumstances.

Third-Party Delivery: If the customer wants the products to be received by a third party, they must notify us and provide the full details of the customer and the person to whom they wish to authorize DAVID LOCCO, S.L.

Different Addresses: If the User wants the delivery address to be different from the billing address, they must indicate it by email at pedidos@davidlocco.com or customer@davidlocco.com.

Customized Jewellery & Returns

The current European regulation for online purchases establishes that the customer has a period of 14 calendar days which, in the case of DAVID LOCCO, S.L., is extended to 30 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase.

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply if the products are customized.

As DAVID LOCCO, S.L. works, in most cases, by crafting each piece in a completely handmade and exclusive way for each customer, the following applies:

If the jewel has been manufactured specifically for that customer and the size provided in the order form is erroneous, the User shall be responsible for:

  • Shipping costs to return the piece
  • Arrangement costs (modification fees)

DAVID LOCCO, S.L. may exercise its right not to dissolve the sales contract in these cases.

Payment Methods & Bank Transfers

The User has different payment methods available on the website.

Bank Transfer Payments: In the case of a transaction with payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the receipt of the transfer is confirmed in our account.

Free shipping within Spanish territory.

Delivery Times

Orders will be delivered approximately within the following periods, provided the purchased piece is in stock and not personalized:

Custom jewellery: For custom jewellery or pieces made from scratch, there may be a delay in shipping. You will be informed via the email provided during your purchase process.

Store Operating Hours & Order Processing

The DAVID LOCCO, S.L. online store operates 24 hours a day, year-round.

Order Processing: All orders placed after 15:00, during weekends, or on public holidays will have their delivery lead time calculated starting from 9:00 a.m. on the next business day.

Note: No shipments are processed on Fridays unless explicitly requested by the customer during the ordering process.

Delivery Issues & Responsibilities

DAVID LOCCO, S.L. is not responsible for:

  • Anomalies or failures in the Online System that are foreign to the firm (Internet provider problems, network crashes, telecommunications issues, network difficulties, or buyer device problems)
  • Delays or losses attributable to the shipping company when shipments are made by a third party
  • Address changes that the User provides to the transport company
  • Cases where the recipient of the jewel is different from the User

In these cases, delays in shipments will NEVER be attributable to the brand.

Force Majeure: In the event that force majeure causes do not allow delivery of the order within the established deadline, DAVID LOCCO, S.L. undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible of the new delivery date.

Delivery Delays & Order Cancellation

A delay in delivery shall not constitute grounds for the cancellation of the order or a change in its price, unless the delay results from a lack of stock and the customer declines the custom-manufacturing option offered by DAVID LOCCO, S.L.

Note: The proposal for exclusive manufacturing shall NEVER be applicable to jewellery that has been designated as sold out by the firm, irrespective of whether the User may locate it on the website or within the physical establishments of collaborating third-party marketplaces.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the parcel at the specified address, the shipping company will provide the User with instructions to arrange a new delivery date.

Upon Receipt: The User must check that the order matches the product requested. If there is any discrepancy, you must notify DAVID LOCCO, S.L. via pedidos@davidlocco.com or customer@davidlocco.com and return it within 14 calendar days.

Store Collection Option

It is possible to arrange collection at the Showroom or at the Flagship store in Madrid.

How to Arrange Collection:

  • Ensure it is duly recorded when placing the order

Requirements for Collection:

  • Present your original ID card (DNI) or a valid passport
  • Show proof of purchase

Third-Party Collection: If you want the products to be collected by a third party, you must notify us by email together with a signed authorization containing the full details of yourself and the authorized person (Name, surname, ID number or Passport).

Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current EU regulations on online purchases, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

DAVID LOCCO, S.L. Withdrawal Period: 30 calendar days from the date the item is received.

Christmas Extended Returns: Any orders placed from November 1st will benefit from an extended return period until January 15th.

Return shipping costs for returns made within this period will be covered by DAVID LOCCO, S.L.

How to Return an Order

To return an order, follow these steps:

  1. Contact DAVID LOCCO, S.L. at pedidos@davidlocco.com or customer@davidlocco.com
  2. Provide your order number and the address where you wish the jewellery to be collected
  3. Our ecommerce team will process the return once the email has been received

Important: No return methods other than the one outlined above will be accepted, for the safety of both the company and the customer.

Return Package Requirements

The item must be packed correctly:

  • Original packaging must be included
  • All seals, certificates, and documentation delivered with the jewellery must be included
  • The package must be securely sealed
  • The courier will handle the rest

Important: Returns will not be accepted if the item has been tampered with, used, or damaged. In such cases, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer, and withdrawal from the contract will not be possible.

Items Excluded from Returns

Customers should be aware that under current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized items
  • Items made or altered to measure
  • Engraved jewellery

Withdrawal from the contract will not be possible for these items.

Refund Process

Once the package has been received at DAVID LOCCO's premises:

  1. The condition of the item will be assessed to ensure it has not been used, altered, or tampered with
  2. Verification that all originally supplied documentation is included
  3. Once confirmed, the refund will be issued using the original payment method

Refunds are processed as promptly as possible and always within the legally established timeframes.
