Due to the originality and exclusive craftsmanship of products sold via ATELIER ONLINE, slight differences between each item or service are to be expected.

It is natural and understandable that the item received by the customer may differ slightly from the photographs and renders shown during the sales process. These variations do not in any way imply a lower quality than the materials expressly described on the website.

In all cases, DAVID LOCCO jewellery is covered by the legal guarantee applicable to consumer goods, ensuring conformity with the product description and these Specific Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Coverage:

• DAVID LOCCO is liable for manufacturing defects that become apparent within two years of delivery
• The customer must notify the seller of any lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it
• Failure to notify within this period does not affect the customer's rights under applicable law
• The customer may be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the delay

DAVID LOCCO, either as owner or licensee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website, as well as to the elements contained therein, including but not limited to:

• Images, sound, audio, video
• Software or texts
• Trademarks or logos
• Colour combinations, structure and design
• Selection of materials used

Prohibited Actions: The USER must refrain from removing, altering, bypassing, or tampering with any protection or security system installed on DAVID LOCCO's website.
