Las condiciones expuestas a continuación se aplican a todas las ventas de producto efectuadas por David Locco S. L., con C.I.F. número B-87429320.
Cualquier pedido realizado a David Locco S. L. acepta todos los puntos de su política de venta recogidos a continuación, salvo que el cliente sea informado de lo contrario. La interpretación y aplicación de las condiciones, al igual que todos los efectos que este hecho conlleve, queda sometida al derecho español.
1 - PRICES
The prices published at www.davidlocco.com are in Euros.
The existing IVA at the moment of the purchase is included in the price of the product, so any change in this rate will represent a change of the price.
2 – PAYMENT METHODS
Any order will offer the possibility of making the payment with the following means:
– Card payment (Visa, MasterCard or Euro6000)
– Financed payment (Pay in 7)
1 - SHIPMENTS
The acquired products will be delivered to the person and address stated on the order.
The shipping of the products is made through Correos, a company external to David Locco, which is committed to deliver the products to the person and address stated on the order. The costs of the shipping do not affect the customer. The product delivery timeframes are the following:

David Locco does not make deliveries to the Canary Islands.
Some delay in a delivery may exist in the case of having ordered customized products, which will be indicated to the client through the e-mail with which he made the purchase.
If the delay is generated by unforeseen circumstances, not attributable toDavid Locco, such as inclement weather, for example, they will not be a reason for the cancellation of the order or the modification of the price.
If a product being out of stock generates the delay, and the client wishes it, a refund of the amount paid would be produced.
Unless the client asks otherwise, the invoices will be sent to the e-mail address used in the purchase and will be included in paper on the own order. If the client asks for it, the invoice can be sent to a different address of the one of the delivery, by notifying us previously at the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Weekends and holidays will not count as processing days of the order.
The delay will not mean the cancellation of the order nor a modification of its price, unless it was caused by a product being out of stock.
An order is considered as delivered when the shipping company delivers the product to the right address and receives a signature at the reception. If the order is delivered with any anomaly, the client must indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier.
2 – RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
The policy of David Locco S. L., corresponding to current regulations, grants the right to the customer to return any product within a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the moment the order is executed. Any item that the customer returns in perfect conditions will be accepted within that period. Before processing your return, the customer must contact the Customer Service department.
If the reason for the return corresponds to a flaw in the product, the brand will bear the shipping costs incurred and those corresponding to a new shipment if the customer wishes. If the reason for this is customer dissatisfaction, it will be the client who will cover these expenses.
3 - CANCELLATION
In order for the cancellation of the order to not represent any cost, the client must execute such action before the product is taken by the shipping company. After this action, the client will have to proceed with the return as stated by the policy established in the previous clause.
1 - LEGAL GUARANTEE
David Locco offers its clients high quality products.
The materials used for its products are Sterling Silver (925mm) with an 18 carats (white, yellow and pink) gold plating of 3 microns.
David Locco makes the purchase of eco-friendly diamonds from the laboratory in USA and the Spanish GemologicalInstitute verifies them.
It is important for the client or customer to consider that due to the handcrafted creation of each of the pieces, it is unavoidable that there exist minimal differences between them, which does not imply in any case a devaluation of the previously mentioned quality. The sizeof the pictures on the David Locco webpage does not represent the actual sizeof the pieces.
It is important that the client, once informed, be aware that these minimal differences cannot be a reason for the withdrawal from the contract.
It is hereby stated that all products acquired through the David Locco website have the legal guarantee of the products, which every client may exert freely, taking into account all assumptions on the previous clauses.
In these cases, the nonconformity guarantee for the sold goods by David Locco will last two years since the delivery of the product. The client must inform the company within a period of two months since the client had knowledge of the non conformity, so that the company can proceed with the substitution, repair, price discount of the good or contract withdrawal, according to the particular case. In case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, where applicable, with the repair, substitution, price discount or contract withdrawal, procedures that will be costless for the customer and user. Even though this period were to expire, the client can always make valid, during the timeframe previously established, his right for the cleaning process, being the client responsible for the damages or detriments caused by the delay in communication to DAVID LOCCO.
The right to exercise the guarantee will not be accepted in the case that the products have imperfections caused by an inadequate use of them.
After the guarantee period has passed, DAVID LOCCO will not assume the costs that the post-sales service may generate.
