In that case, please consult clause 2 of this section. You will find there the terms and procedures to perform.
Product returns are possible within a timeframe of fourteen calendar days after receiving it.The return will be allowed in the next cases:
• In the case that you receive the product with manufacturing flaws or transport damage caused on the delivery
• Error on delivery
• Customer dissatisfaction or withdrawal
• Error on the order
If the return is performed by withdrawal of the client or due to an error when processing the order, the client will have a timeframe of 14 calendar days to make it. The client will have to pay for expenses related to the return to our establishment. Once the product is received, we will proceed with the reimbursement of the amount paid by the customer, including the costs of the first shipment, as soon as possible, having a deadline of 14 calendar days since the notification to David Locco. The mean used to refund the amount will be the same that was used to make the payment. If the client decides to exert his right of withdrawal, he will have to fill out the following form within a period of 14 calendar days.

If the reason for the return corresponds to a manufacturing flaw, damage during the shipping or an error on the shipped product, David Locco will schedule the pick-up of the piece, which means assuming the return expenses and will, afterwards, perform the delivery of the correct piece.
Before processing your return paperwork, you must contact the Customer Service department at the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org
. When you contact them, you will need to provide the following information:
• Order number
• Product reference
• Product defect
It is important to have in mind the following premises:
• David Locco will not accept the return of any used product due to hygiene reasons.
• Make sure to perform the delivery through an adequate logistics company.
• David Locco is not responsible for any loss or damage that the product may suffer during transportation.
• It is recommended that the product be returned in the original packing, since the product may suffer a devaluation if it is not returned this way.
If once the return has been made, it is noticed that the piece has been used or incorrectly manipulated, David Locco will not be responsible of the reimbursement of the paid amount nor the shipping of the product to the client, unless the use of the guarantee is being exercised according to the stipulated conditions of the same.
